Our company began as a resource for healthcare services clients and partners in and around the Houston area. It is now a nationally-recognized leader in the healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, and software development fields.

Our fully customizable Accounts Receivable Management System Provider Revenue Optimization (ARMS PRO) software package may be deployed to any healthcare system of any size, and can be tailor-made to meet and match any need.
We have worked with everything from small local hospitals to the federal and state Medicaid programs. We have also helped lead the effort to phase out and upgrade the legacy systems at over 136 military health facilities run by the United States Department of Defense (DOD).

Founder & CEO

Tony Stegman

Founder and CEO Tony Stegman has over 30 years of experience in the revenue cycle, medical billing, and healthcare information technology fields. He founded BRSi in 1992 with a small, but dedicated team working with only a few clients. Since then, he has helped numerous organizations solve their largest revenue challenges and in doing so, has led the charge in growing BRSi from its beginnings to a company that now supports hundreds of clients globally. Outside of the office, Tony is an avid sports fan and a proud graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington.
