Training, training, & training

Our Denial Management Team (DMT) consists of a supervisory and training staff with an average of 14 years experience. Every DMT member is specially selected either through our college recruitment program or by exhibiting outstanding performance on one of our various follow-up teams. They are then put through a rigorous training program in which they are expected to advance along an experience curve at a predetermined pace. Finally, those who qualify are mentored by a senior denial management specialist for a minimum of two years. Performance and results are tabulated every step of the way.
